Junior Project Manager

Position Overview:

You will be working within our PM Team, and will join a dedicated cast of individuals delivering operational applications and services to our clients. To succeed in this position, you must be a self-starter, function well within a team environment while being capable of working independently, and must demonstrate superior problem solving and communications skills.

Key Accountabilities:

Assist technical support on customer software issues of moderate complexity and wide scope.
Contribute to project plan definition and business specifications.
Gather and analyze requirements; design, develop, test, and plan installation of technology projects into production.
Prepare proposals, budgets, communications, policies and procedures.
Proactively troubleshoot potential issues and recommend resolutions.
Support ongoing sales initiatives as required.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent
Strong communication skills – written, verbal, presentation
Ability to quickly and comprehensively document user requirements
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Strong understanding of internet technologies
Familiar with development methodologies, techniques and related industry standards

Intermediate Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day management of our relationship with a series of accounts, providing leadership to ongoing projects and activities.

Key Accountabilities:

Support work on business cases.
Gather and analyze requirements; develop these into clear, concise client friendly documents
Prepare proposals, budgets, communications, policies and procedures, and related project specification documentation where necessary
Contribute to project definition, cost estimation, development of project scope and business specifications
Design, develop, test, and plan installation of technology projects into production
Manage project budgets, scope, variances, and internal reporting and issue resolution
Manage overall client communications and relationships
Support ongoing sales initiatives as required

Junior / Intermediate Developer

Job Description

The principle challenge of the junior developer is the implementation of viable, sustainable web based solutions which must link disparate business processes, systems, and relational databases in order to properly support business requirements.

Reporting to the senior developers, this person will liaison with business analysts and project managers to implement effective solutions with scopes that span a wide range of projects. The candidate will be equally comfortable working independently and in a team environment.

Sample Tasks and Responsibilities

Construction and activation tasks like table setup, programming, unit testing, data conversion, and production cut over.

Mandatory Experience and Skills

Knowledge of VB6 the Microsoft .NET framework, C#, ASP and VB.NET ideally with a Microsoft certification (e.g. MCAD.NET, MCSD.NET)
CSS , HTML , XHTML
Scripting languages (JavaScript and VBScript)
Hands-on experience in custom web based application development, distributed application design, and systems integration.
Microsoft SQL

Account Executive, Packaged Goods and Healthcare

Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, intelligent and highly disciplined Account Executive to become a member of our interactive marketing team. Position Details:

Although Marketlink works on a wide variety of projects, your focus will be on internet development for the packaged goods and healthcare sectors. You will work on all aspects of the accounts with a primary interest on development of web sites and applications designed to enhance the brand or empower the organization. You will also manage the day to day operations of accounts including general client service, project planning and management, documentation, and budgeting.

Requirements:

Over 3 years internet agency experience
Experience in the packaged goods and/or healthcare industries is preferred
Previous experience with development and execution of internet-focused campaigns
Strong project management skills – disciplined, organized, attentive to detail
Able to estimate costs documents, create and track budgets, communicate such with internal and client teams
Ability to sell ideas, and generate support from others
Ability to critique creative outputs and assess against original brief
A team player
Strong communication skills – written, verbal, presentation
Technology skills – strong understanding of internet technology as well as standard communication programs, Excel, Power Point
Takes initiative and control - able to work independently and with minimal supervision

Accountabilities:

Source out opportunities with existing clients to grow the business;
