OBJECTIVE

Dietitians of Canada wanted to help Canadians improve their lifestyles by tracking and improving on their eating and activity habits. The end product had to be educational, inspirational and action-oriented.

SOLUTION

Marketlink created EATracker, an online tool that inspires users to make positive lifestyle changes by measuring their daily eating and activity, and tracking this information against recommendations provided by Health Canada Personalized feedback is provided to help users target areas for improvement.

Users can also review their progress over time to see where they have made progress and areas of future focus.

RESULTS

EATracker is a powerful tool that has helped many Canadians learn about their nutrition and activity habits. The most recent phase was launched as part of the revamped Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating.
